Find out Naturalisation Certificate Number

Hi
I've lost a Naturalisation Certificate and while I'm in the process of getting a duplicate I need the number on the certificate much sooner rather than later, is there anyway I can just show a passport or details and retrieve the number instead of waiting weeks for the new certificate?
