Hi everyone
I have very quick question, hope that someone can help me with this
My husband is EEU national, and living here since 2009 and we have 2 children, my husband never applied for PR but all this time he was exercising his rights to stay here, do we still have to apply for them British citizenship through the MN1 or can apply directly, and what is cost for them in either way
Thanks

When were the children born?
Do you have ILR/PR?- (or are you British or holding Right of Abode). If you have ILR/PR, when did you obtain it?

Hi again and thanks for your reply
I'm not a British and non Eea national, my husband is French, my both children born in UK, I have my resident card which will expire next year in March, so I guess I can start to apply for my PR only after March next year if I understood correctly it's need to pass 5 years for me to get PR
Right now I want to apply for my children British citizenship, but have doubt where to start from, as my husband never applied for the PR card but from 2009 was exercising his rights to stay here, ( so he have all the P60, letters from employer, diplomas from the uni and college) how should I apply for them and actually can I apply for them, should I do for them MN1 form or there is some other way quicker and less expensive I'm kinda scared to pay nearly £1000 for each and loss eventually if they deny in application and is there any benefit if my husband will apply for the PR right now would that change anything for us
Thanks again

My first child born in February 10th in 2014 second in July 19th in 2015
About the CSIN, I'm not sure I guess he should have it, is it the one when you open the bank account, he did it when he started his uni in August 2008

No. CSIC = Comprehensive Sickness Insurance. Click on the link vinny provided saying 'CSIC'.
