On for AN, more precisely page 12, 2.4 topic :

If you are NOT an EEA or Swiss national ( see pages 10 to 11 of the Booklet AN ) go to section 3.

Right, I am an EEA national ( Italian )
I did read Booklet but did not understand.

So if I am an EEA national, I DON'T need to fill section 3 of the AN form ?
Section 3 is the Good character requirement.

Any help would be much appreciate.

The same form is used for ALL applicants from ALL nationalities. For example, I am South African (not EU citizen) so DO NOT complete section 2, which is ONLY for EU nationals, and I skip to section 3 after completing section 1.

Surely you understand what 'if you are NOT an EU.....' means? The key word is NOT.

Hi, hope someone can help me out.
Ok here I go:

3.1 - I Have declared criminal offence ( Offence code 123 - *Dangerous load * Parts - appealed in court but lost back in 2013, 4 years ago) 3 points on licence. I guess its a criminal offence.

3.6 - I have declared Simple Caution ( Offence against the person act 1861 S.47 ) April 2014, 3.5 years ago

Will declare on page 17 - SP30, 3 points in 04/2011 ( Normal FPN, not through court )
Will declare on page 17 - SP50, 3 points in 07/2016 ( Normal FPN, not through court )

Now, my question is :

3.13 - Have you ever engaged in any other activities which might indicate that you may not be considered a person of good character? ( Y ) ( N )

Say YES because of the other 2 FPN's ?
Say NO and caring on with the application ?

Any help would be much appreciate.
