Hello there,
I urgently need suggestion plz.
Need to travel back home urgently; but my baby's MN1 visa is still under consideration and i don't see any sign of getting it at all.
I have tried everything: calling HO, Chasing Passport office, Checking with immigration consultants: some of them are confused themselves; and feeling absolutely hopeless and helpless as i urgently need to fly by the 17th of this month and take my baby with me.
Going back home will not be a problem; i can get a travel document from the Embassy but i do not have clue how it works coming back as i will not be able to bring my baby back with me as he doesn't have a visa or a passport .
Has someone been through this situation before? Is there any other thing that might be helpful.
Please please please drop your valuable suggestion.

Without a visa, your child will not be able to return.

You won't get the British passport until the MN1 is approved.

You don't state any details about when you applied or how the child qualifies to register or what your immigration status is?

Thank you so so much for your reply.
Baby is born here; 19 months old , born before his dad got ILR; Dad got ILR around at first week in June and we applied for baby's MN1 and passport from local NCS on 30th of June.
I checked in UKVI tracking page; it says last update was on 7th July and case still consideration .
Its been just above 3 months we've applied for MN1 and passport , wondering how long will it take .
I am dependent of my husband . Baby's doesn't have any visa as a depended.
We have written to the case worker to speed up the process if they can ; fingers crossed
I would really appreciate if anyone who has been in similar situation could share anything plz
