Hope someone can help me here. I applied for naturalisation couple of weeks ago and posted through fist class signed for.

I have tracked my post and can see VKVI have received it but i haven't got any acknowledgement so far. no money have been deducted from my account as well.

can someone put my mind at rest??? is this normal for them not acknowledge application????

It is normal and it usually takes a couple/few weeks.
