Hi,

I have a 2 month old son. When he was born, I was on Tier 2 (General Visa) but now after his birth Myself and my wife have acquired ILR. After his birth I did not apply for Indian passport for my son. Hence all I have is his birth certificate right now. Since myself and my wife are now on ILR, which form should I use for his registration as British Citizen: MN1 or form S3 ?
