HI there,
I am reviewing form AN and no where could I find fee section like there used to be one at start of the forms in earlier similar document.

How do i know what specific fee do i need to pay . Any help on the same will be appreciated.

So I need to take a print out of this form too then and post form AN and the fee form after duly filling the same to following address :

UKVI
The Capital
New Hall Place
Liverpool
L3 9PP

let me know if I am correct in my understanding.

Yes, unless you are applying through NCS at the council who check your application, copy all your documents and return original docs to you and then send your application to HO. You can also apply for citizenship and passport at the same time if you applying through NCS. There is a fee to use NCS.
