Romanian married to British Citizen

Hello!

I am a Romanian citizen myself and I am married to a British citizen. I am a qualified person and have been living in the UK for the past 3 years. My total number of days out of the country does not exceed the maximum number of days specified on the application for naturalisation. However, I do not have a proof of being a qualified person for the past 5 years.

My question would be: can I apply for British citizenship under these conditions or would I still need to register as a QP and then obtain PR?

Thank you!

How have you been a qualified person exercising treaty rights and why do you not have proof?

No you cannot.

Yes. PR is mandatory in order for you to apply for citizenship.
