Naturalisation now or Jan 2018?

Hi members,
I am hoping someone could shed light on my situation.
I now have a PR card in May/June 2017 and on the decision letter, it stated that I acquired permanent residency on 10th Jan 2017 (a bit of coincidence as that was the date on the EEA4/PR application).

History:
2007 - Got married to EEA
May/June 2008 - Arrived in the UK
2011 - Divorce
2012 - Applied for RoR
Feb 2013 - Received Residence Vignette for another 5 years (expires Feb 2018)
10 Jan 2017 - Applied for PR card
May/June 2017 - PR card received. Decision letter stated I acquired permanent residency on 10 Jan 2017.

If I understood the EU route correctly, I would have acquired permanent residency in 2013 (5 Years after I arrived in the UK?).

But why in the decision letter and the SAR result both state that I acquired PR on 10 Jan 2017?
And in the SAR result, in one of the pages, it states that I exercise treaty rigths from 2012 - present. So does that means my 5 years clock was reset from 2012 when I applied for RoR?

Am I missing something? I look forward to be advised. Thank you.

I am sure it was just an oversight by case worker. Contact them again and point this out. I did the same and my date was revised.
