Hi i want to apply for naturalisation Please help me to fill the form

1.Do i need to give the partner detail on section 1.31 as i got my ILR on 10 years long residency

2.Section 5 Referee and identity:can i use my store manager(Mcdonalds) as a professional referee

3. Section 6.7:BRP enclosed:As i am applying through the Council what should i say when BRP is not enclosed

4.Section 6.11:Do you want the Home Office to retain your BRP? should i say YES OR NO

5.Section 6.12:If the required biometric residence permit (BRP) is not enclosed please give details why
you are unable to provide it? Should i write anything

6.Section 7.5Where I have provided a photocopy of my spouse’s or civil partner’s passport, I
confirm that, to the best of my knowledge and belief, it is a complete and full copy of that
original document? do i need to give my wife passport as i got ILR on 10 years long residency

7.Section 7.7 :I declare that, although I do not meet all of the statutory requirements for
naturalisation, I believe that, in view of the following special circumstances, the
Home Secretary should treat me as fulfilling those requirements or waive the need
in my case to fulfil them.

should i tick it as i have overstaying for 23 days overstay in 2010 due to invalid application which was not my fault.That is due to payment issue and i gave them bank letter confirming they didnt attempt to take money from bank.On my ILR application i explained them and my ILR was approved without any issue.

8.As there is no overstaying section on AN application should i explain them on Other information on page 22.As i had 23 overstay due to payment problem

Please please help me with this as i am stuck with those question and i am about to apply soon.Couldnt make any further step without those

1. You still have to write your partner’s details even if you are not applying on basis of being married to a British partner.

2. Store manager is not a professional referee.

4. No.

5. You can write “applying through NCS”

6. No need to attach your spouse’s passport copy if you are not applying on 3 years residency basis.

7. I think you need to cross out the statement which isn’t applicable to you. You should know which one.

8. HO will check your immigration history anyway so it would not matter if you explain anything regarding your overstay or not.

2.On reference as far as I remember its said manager of a limited company otherwise what other professional can i use.
3.on overstating as i had 23 days due to their error.And i deny on all my application by giving cover letter and they accepted it.But this time my main concer is do i have to write it down or if I write the cover letter can it be any issue on outcome.

Hi iam due to apply my citizenship and applying tomorrow through NCs.I have some concerns before i apply.Please help me with those queries

I was overstayed 23 days in 2009 due to payment issue.
But it was not my fault as i had letter from the bank stating that there was not any attempt to take money by UKVI.And i got my ILR last year.I give this letter on my ILR application as well as my other application all have been successful.

1.Now i am applying for citizenship as far as i know that is totaly different law when its come to nationality application.as they are not asking anything about it
Do i have to write the cover letter for the reason again

2.can it be refused due to this reason?
