I have been in the UK since April 2010 with ILR status. When I was 19 years, I had fight with some people. I was convicted for ABH and sentence was given one year community order with unpaid work and £ 250 fine. It was happen in January 2013. Since then I don’t have any caution or conviction. I finished my university and working in the reputed company.

Q 1) If the applicant has a spent ABH conviction does it effect for Naturalisation application? It has been over 3 year I was convicted.
Q 2) Do I need solicitor to deal my case.

I have been residing in the UK more than 7 years. Now I am planning to apply British citizenship with help of NCS.
