Hay I am new to this site friend recommend me .I have a question about my nationality application Ukvi refused my application that how I maintain myself in UK during I have no leave I explained them that I wad living with my imminent family members and they were looking after me I sent them proof of my family working p60 and land rigestry but they did not accept this.Now I went went in JR and they want me to withdraw my JR and willing to reconsider my application and want to pay cost which I spent on JR .my question is that they already refused my reconsidration now what they want if someone can help me I have to answer them thanks

Please if some one can tell about above or shall I go for JR thanks

You need to explain exactly what your immigration history is, and on what basis you applied for naturalisation. You stated you have no leave to remain?

Came in 2002 with agent 2004 married to Brithish citizen then applied leave in 2007 in 2009 DLR GIVEN 2014 ILR then Oct 2016 nationality application refused again reconsidration refused they said I can apply in 2019 because good character requirement I was here without leave here between 2002 to 2009 saying you was working or getting benefit in this country but I did not work I do not have NIE till 2009 and was living with uncle and wife and my kids my uncle was landlord of property he was living with us and he was working and earning about 16k yearly and his mortgage was 400 month on these based I went on JR and result above ukvi want to withdraw JR and reconsidering my application and will to pay cost for JR and said they will reconsider along with all evidence provided by me
