Hi Gurus,

My case:
- I am currently on ILR from Tier 1 Dependent route and going to apply for my Naturalization in 28 March 2018. I had got my ILR on 27 March 2017.
- I have got a wife and three children as Tier 1 dependent and I shall be applying for their ILR on 1st March 2017.

My Queries:

1. Based on above, can I concurrently apply for my Naturalization on 28th March 2018 and ILR for my dependents on 1st March 2018 at the same time? (since both are different route)

2. Assuming, I get my naturalization/British nationality and my dependents get ILR during later part of 2018, my query being do my dependents have to wait for a year to apply for British nationality or they can apply straight away considering I would be British national by that time.

Two completely separate routes and applications. No issue applying.

No they do not have to wait 1 year IF you are British.
