Hell Immigration Gurus,

I’m looking for your advice in case someone has had a similar route or experience.

Myself, my wife and 3 year old child all on ILR.

5 years Tier1 + 1.7 years on ILR

We are settled in the UK

Child was born abroad

First 5 months child lived outside of the UK

Currently 2.5 years child lives in the UK

One of the parents is planning to apply for BC and another stays on ILR

As part of the family application, we would like to apply for a child Registration as a British Citizen

The question is really about child’s application as it seems somewhat complicated. I’ve read the guide. It looks like in our case it could be enough but not very sure.

Does anyone know if the current scenario could be sufficient for the child’s registration to be accepted?

Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

You can apply for the child if one of the parents is applying at the same time.
