Hi, I received approval for my british citizenship along with childrens' approval.
I have scheduled ceremony next week.

My wife will be applying for British Citizenship soon.

What is better way to apply - Can she apply as wife of British Citizen as I will be British Citizen next week or she should apply oin the basis of 6 years stayt + ILR ?

Either. If she applies for BC as spouse of BC once you have attended your ceremony, she must meet the 3 year residence requirements including the absence limits and being physically present in the UK on the exact date three years ago to the date she applies.
