Hi,
I need to renew my British Passport and i noticed there is a question on dual nationality.
It asks if i have dual ...which i do.
Then it asks to send any uncancelled Non-british passports in with the renewal application
My non-british passport expired 5 years ago do i still need to send it in with the british one due for renewal.

It clearly says un cancelled passports, so yours expired already and it’s not valid so no need to send it.

Thanks for your reply,
I just wasn't sure if an expired passport is classed as un-cancelled because it hasn't been physically cut at the edge by the issuing office.

It varies from country to country , some put cancelled stamp, some put expiry stamp, som cut the corner in case of British passport.
But in all cases you can’t use that passport for travel.

An expired passport is un-cancelled until it is actually cancelled (by way of stamping, cutting, punching, etc). All current and expired passports are required.
