got 3 points on driving licence

hi
i got notice of over speeding a few weeks back, then i sent them my details as i was driving at the time of offence. now i got Conditional letter of fixed penalty notice, and they asked me to send £100 and my driving licence for 3 penalty points to Scottish courts and Tribunals services. i just wanted to know will it effect my nationality application?
