Hi All,

As i am eligible to Apply for British citizenship by naturalisation, My family ( Wife and Son) got ILR Dependent Visa in August 2016 and they are with me in UK since September 2016.
My son born in India and now he is 10 years old, Is my Son is eligible to Apply for British citizenship by naturalisation along with me or he need to stay for 5 years to apply as Spouse.

As your son was born outside of the UK, he will follow the same immigration path as his mother.
