I would like to apply BC for my wife i would like get some clarity on using NARIC or B1 CEFR which is widely accepted by HO?

(An Academic Qualification Level statement (AQUALS) and English
Language Proficiency Statement (ELPS) from UK NARIC (these will show
us that UK NARIC are content that your qualification is equivalent to a UK
degree and was taught in English)
or
a Home Office approved qualification in English at B1 CEFR or higher, from
the Secure English Language Test list. You must ensure that you state the
test number at section 1.23 of the form);

for the Evidence of knowledge of language and of life in the UK.

She got ILR with me in 2009 i got my BC/passport in 2010 i would like to apply as spouse of british citizen.

Overseas qualification Bachelor/masters degree ( transcript is in english and medium is english) is considered without NARIC English Language Proficiency Statement ?

You can satisfy the knowledge of language and life in the UK requirement if you:
 Have passed the Life in the UK test
and either:
 Have a speaking and listening qualification in English at B1 CEFR or higher, that is
on the Home Office’s list of recognised tests and was taken at an approved test
centre
or
 Have obtained an academic qualification deemed by UK NARIC to meet the
recognised standard of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or PhD in the United
Kingdom and
o UK NARIC has confirmed that the qualification was taught or researched in
English
o the qualification was taught or researched in the UK or a majority English
speaking country other than Canada
or
 Are a national of a majority English speaking country.

I believe the price for NARIC and B1 CEFR is the same at £150. Taking the test would be more straightforward.
