AN Form - company director

Hi guys, apologies in advance similar question been asked before but couldn't get any definitive answer reading through the posts. I will make it short.

I'm a company director (and employee of the same company), I am paid salary/dividends. I've been on ILR for a year.

In AN-Form, it asks for "1.49 Address of tax office or tax office reference", which I can provide from my payslip.

I appreciate if anyone else who's been in a similar situation can confirm if this is sufficient, or if as a director, I would need to submit any other related documents with my application.
