Approved referees for British Naturalisation application

Can the referee be:
1:) Teacher from work? British
2.) Friend - British

Yes provided they are over 25 years of age, of good character and have known you for 3 years.

Many thanks for your speedy response. Also, could you pls check if I am missing any documents to send. I am applying based on ILR (got ILR on long residence route)
1.) Old and current passports
2.) current BRP
3.) Degree cert
4.) Life in the UK test
5.) FORM AN
6.) photographs
Do I need to submit the following with my application?
1.) Birth cert?
2.) Driving licence
3.) Letter from work?
On application form page 25 6.13 Date of fingerprints were take? Do I put the last time I applied for ILR? I am assuming that the BRP will be enrolled later when I receive a letter from home office?

Is the degree a UK degree?

No

Yes, when you did ILR.
