PNC outstanding

Hello! Out of the blue received a call from a former landlord saying that the notice of intention to take control of goods has been served 
(I moved out months ago and needless to say have never received any PNC). It was because of driving on the bus lane. I had received PNCs before for Dartford crossing and congestion charges (just moved to London and was not aware of the charges), paid straight away. I would have paid straight away this PNC too had I received it. Now I was charged £513 which I again paid at once that is as soon as I got the call from the landlord. 
Great beginning for the new year... Now I am not sure what will happen with my BC application. What do you think?
