What happens to dependents if i move from ILR to citizenship?

Hi,
I am on a ILR and due for my citizenship. My wife is presently as a dependent on my ILR.

If i move from ILR to citizenship, what happens to my wife's dependent visa? Does it stay as is or do i need to apply a new dependent visa for her?

Would be really helpful if someone could answer my question. Thanks.

On what basis did you get ILR, 5 years PBS route or 10 years long residence route?

If your wife already has a spouse visa issued AFTER you got ILR, then there is no change to her visa.

Thanks CR001.

I got my ILR through the 5 year PBS route. My wife applied for visa when i was already on the ILR and hence she is dependent on my ILR.

So i understand she can continue her status as-is and she wont be affected if i move from ILR to citizenship.

Would i need to inform UKBA about change in situation on her visa if i move to citizenship?

It's the same is a whether you hold ILR or citizenship.

Inform HO of what??? HO issues citizenship so why would you have to inform them?
