Hi,
Could anybody direct me to an up to date list of acceptable referees for a British Citizenship application? And could the professional referee be retired, or do they still have to practicing?
Thanks very much in advance.

Thanks, Google is full of conflicting, non-official lists, which are mostly out if date.
Is your link official and when was it created? I can't find any information on the .gov website.

Great, an ISLE OF MAN list. Yes, yes, yes it's a British Crown dependency and valid. BUT I ask you to show me THE LIST from .GOV.UK ??????? When they reject my application, your Isle of man list will mean diddly-squat!

Page 24 of the HO caseworker instructions has the EXACT same listings, where the summary extract comes from, easy to find on any search engine and link provided in the form AN Guidance!!

Rejections due to 'referees' is extremely uncommon, no need to be rude.

Your tone was belittling and blunt.
Anyway, I thank you for your last post. It's just the information I needed.
