PR Card (of a non-EU/EEA) Return to HO after citizenship ceremony?

Hello,
I need your help, I am very confused and couldn't find similar discussions in the forum.

I just attended the citizenship ceremony, and want to know if I MUST return to HO my Permanent Residence Card (the pink-blue card with a chip on the back).

Thanks!

No, EU citizens do not have to return them as you do not lose the status under the EEA rules.

Thanks CR001

I started to panic when I realised the card is biometric residence card, but it makes sense what you said about the EEA rules.

PR cards do not have to be returned, this applies to EU citizens and non EU family members. PR is an automatic right retained and is not 'lost' like ILR once British citizenship is obtained.
