ESOL SKILLS FOR LIFE - ENTRY 3 QCF

Hi

I was wondering someone could advise please.

My wife needs to apply for naturalization and current has an ILR status.

We are just about to apply and have realised that she sat the ESOL speaking and listening in October 2015, can this still be used as part of the application or has it expired and another test will need to be sat? NB. The certificate was not used for when she applied for ILR.

I really don't want to apply and have the application refused and the application fee lost if the certificate has expired?

ANY advise would be greatly appreciated.

Looking at the naturalisation requirements on the home office website I came across this below.

English qualification at B1, B2, C1 or C2 level OR a degree taught or researched in English at this link below.

Also

I drilled down further and found a list of "Approved Tests and providers of those tests". But that qualification your wife has ESOL Entry 3 QCF I wasn't able to find it on the list. Here is the link to that list below.

I found the this pdf on this link on the home office website.

If I was you I would ring Trinity College, thats the main provider of these English tests for naturalisation, that I've noticed many using.
