When can I apply for BC

I came to UK with no visa 2005and in 2011got 3+3 years Discretionary leave FLR(O) then applied for SET(o) form (not asylum ) got my ILR 2017
The question is when can I apply for British Citizenship? And also I got 3 point of my licence does it affect my application?

Probably 2021, at least 10 years after first getting Discretionary leave.

Or in 2022, depending on which date facts are correct as you only applied for ILR this year.

How long can you stay outside UK during the period to apply for BC ?
Also 3 point in driving licence does it have any affect??

No more than 450 days absence in the 5 years immediately preceding date of application and no more than 90 days absence in the 12 months immediately preceding date of application.

points on driving licence disappear after 3 years on date they were awarded. If I'm not wrong, so by 2021 they will have come off your driving licence. As long as you don't commit any traffic offences and get more points until 2021.

This is not fair at all I spent half of my life in the UK and still need to wait 2021
Called a Solicitore already and said points does not affect your application The fact that none of these went or will go to court is good. Do not contest them or let them go to court.
BUT it will affect ONLY if you get 3 point twice in 12 months period .
