UKM FORM Proof of living in Uk Pre 1983 for 5 years

Hi,
UKM Form registration. Part of UKM form is proof of living in Uk pre 1983 for 5 years. I contacted my primary school - no records left; Herts County Council has no records either. Medical records once you are 25 yrs old from ages 0-25 are deleted. How does someone prove they lived in uk at this time?
