Hi,

Myself and my husband are on ILR and our first kid got BC (he was born in UK but before we got ILR so applied after we got the ILR).

My question is my second kid who born in UK after we both acquired ILR, do I need to make another MN1 application for second child for BC? I read somewhere that if child is born after having ILR they become BC automatically.

Second child is automatically British if born AFTER you got ILR. Apply for passport directly.
