LITUK test cancelled by Learndirect

Hello there ,
I was just wondering if someone could give me an advice.
I was supposed to have my LITUK test today in Southampton.
Yesterday I’ve received an email stating it has been cancelled due to technical issues. I will get an email within 24hrs with my new date and time.
At this moment 21hrs passed and haven’t received nothing.
Logged into my account and it still says it’s been booked in , nothing about cancellation.
Also tried to call them but there’s no answer at all
Did this happened to anyone else ?
What if I won’t get my new date / time in the next 3hrs ? Am I going to lose my money ?
Tired to search in the group but haven’t seen anything like this.
