Hi all,

I have just saw that HO published the new FORM AN 2018 version. Does it mean that from now on, all applications have to be submitted using this new version?

I'm about to submit the form to NCS on 1st March and have already asked my referees to sign the form (version 2017).

It would be really a pain if I have to everything again on the new form version.

You will have to use the Feb 2018 form now and ask the referees to fill it up again. Or else, HO will reject your application.
