I am struggling to find anything specific or current hence the post. We are lucky enough to be having our citizenship ceremony tomorrow
Is there any particular Government departments/banks/DVLA etc we need to notify our change to British citizenship as we will not have dual citizenship ?

As such there are no requirements to tell anyone, except perhaps your bank (as they now have to know the immigration status of account holders). And register to vote - that's the main thing. Perhaps your employer?

It might be useful to inform your landlord, your employer, and your GP.

They normally confirm your registration every year (or at least each time there is an election) and send you a form (paper or online) where you can amend your details. There doesn't seem to be a way to change nationality in other ways. I tried recently and they just posted me a letter saying I'm already registered and there's nothing else to do. However this might be a peculiarity of my borough.
