Hi,

I have had my children's MN1 approved and received their certificates, still waiting for passports. One of the letters mentions that I have to return back the BRP if I have.

My kids don't have ILR they had Tier 2 dependant visa BRP. Am I supposed to return those BRPs as well within 5 days?

No need as they are UK born and don't hold ILR.

Keep as a remembrance or return if you wish.

Page 35 -it does not mention about ILR BRP. It just states "BRP" in General. Is there anywhere it mentiosn that "ILR" brp should be returned only !

Send it back then. The assumption is mostly that ILR becomes invalid once BC is granted.
