Do I qualify to apply for British Citizenship

Hi guys,
I would like to know if I am qualified to apply for BC.
I had ILR since January 2015. For the last 18 i have been outside the country for 9 months. 3 months at any one time.
My questions
1) I am eligible to apply for BC now?
2) What is the maximum time allowed to be outside the Country to avoid losing ILR.

No more than 90 days absence in the 12 month period prior to submitting the application and no more than 540 days in the 5 year qualifying period.
2) What is the maximum time allowed to be outside the Country to avoid losing ILR.
2 years.

Thank you very much Casa. I plan to be outside UK every three months and three months in UK,
basically 6 months in, 6 months out.
Do I need to keep my own home or it doesn't and wouldn't matter when I apply for BC.
I am thinking of staying with friends when i am here in UK.
Will that create any issues when applying for BC?

You cannot have more than 90 days absence in the 12 months immediately preceding the citizenship date of application.
You also need to satisfy the 'future intentions' requirement and if you are living abroad, you might struggle to meet this one.
