Hi

I am sorry if these questions have been asked before and answered, it’s just something I can not find

I arrived in UK around 10-11 years ago on spouse visa, I applied for a 2 year extension which I received and then I applied for the ILR which I received too

I am now applying for naturalisation

I have 3 questions please

1. My husband has been working so I have no pay slips or work documents. I am wondering should I send letters over the last 10 years with to show my address (bank statements / utility bills) and also should I include my husbands recent payslips alongside the copy of his passport. I am also thinking of adding my sons birth certificate and copy of his passport page as a supporting document.

2. All the letters I receive in the UK such as bank statements, utility bills are all on my married name but my passport is in my maiden name, should I include on the cover note a little brief reason as to why that is

3. In relation to the BRP, I received a residence card when I applied for the 2 year extension. The questions relating to dates and other BRP questions I do not have all the information as once i received my ILR they kept the residence card. How would I go around filling that section. Again should i include a cover note.

Thanks in advance and sorry again if these questions have already been answered

Is the form asking for proof of address and payslips??

No issue. Is the form asking for these documents??

No cover note needed. Simply complete with the most recent BRP card you have and the date you had your biometrics enroled.

What date did you get ILR??

The form was requesting my pay slips but as not working thought be good to send husbands pay slips

Form is not requesting any proof of address

I received ILR in Feb / March 2011. It was put into my passport

Thanks again

Which question in the form is asking for your payslips?? Employment is not mandatory for citizenship.

Make sure you have English B1 from the most recent HO approved test providers plus LIUK.

I am completing form AN, on supporting documents - section 10 it states evidence of NI contributions covering the relevant period (payslips, p60s and letters from employers)

yeah I have completed LITUK and B1 recently

Sorry back on the BRP details, when I received the extension I received the residence card then I received the ILR on passport.

Is the ILR same as BRP if so, the only 2 questions I do not have an answer for is expiry date as it was an ILR stamp on passport without expiry date and also 6.13 date fingerprints were taken as can’t remember them

If I am correct on the above then question 6.11 asks if the home office can retain your BRP, I am a bit unsure as I believe I would have to send my Indian passport back to the the Indian embassy which would include the ILR
