I got my ILR recently 2018 through 10yrs SET(LR) after that, my wife varied her application from Tier1 entrepreneur dependent to FLR(FP) Still under processing.

my 1st kid born in 2015 and 2nd child born in 2017.

could any one help me what is the process to apply British passport for 2 kids.

Both children entitled to register now. Use JCAP.

Not compulsory to use JCAP scheme, but i agree that child can be registered as British, and a passport can subsequently at a later date of the parent's choosing.
