I am in process to apply for BC and here is what i am thinking to submit, i could not find any specific EEA family member guidelines anywhere.

1-passport, old and new covering 6 years.
2 BRP
3 AN citizenship form .
4 photographs.
5 marriage certificate.
6 payment
7 life in uk test
8 Ielts B1

Do i need to submit P60s as well?

Any inputs welcome.

Most likely because the requirements are the same for people under the UK Immigration Rules and people under the EEA Regulations.

There is no requirements for payslips, but you do need to prove that you resided in the UK for the past five years and payslips could be one way of doing that (as your passport, being that of a person covered under the EEA Regulations, is likely not stamped in on each entry into the UK).

Marriage certificate is irrelevant and can be dispensed with, unless you are applying on the basis of marriage to a British citizen.
