Online Application - No Acknowledgment Email

Hello,
We applied for my wife's naturalisation online on 03/03/2018. Biometrics were enrolled on 08/03/2018, and we also submitted documents through NDRS on 08/03/2018, which was received by Home Office on 12/03/2018.
However, we still haven't received any acknowledgment email with case number issued. Looking at others who have posted online application, it looks like most of them have received an acknowledgment email with case number issued within a day of application.
Do we need to be concerned about this? Any email address, we should contact the home office on?
Appreciate your kind support.
Regards,
SJ

Hello Jekbuck,
The information on gov.uk in terms of how to fill the online AN form and the next steps is quite self explanatory.
Moreover, you can also read about the different questions people have asked and the responses on the below thread
british-citizenship/british-citizenship ... 45440.html
In summary, fill the online application (don't submit till you get a council appointment for NDRS document submission). Your NDRS document submission (or postal submission) should happen within 10 days of submission of application.
You'll get the referee reports for downloading, while filling up the online application, which you should get printed and then signed by the referee.
Once you have submitted the online application, you will get an application checklist, payment confirmation and biometric enrolment letter.
You need to enrol your biometrics at a post office within 15 days of your online application submission.
You need to send the application checklist, along with the supporting documents (including signed referee reports), either through NDRS or through post within 10 days of online application.

SJ
