Online application stuck after payment.

Hello, for almost 48 hours my application is stuck on payment pending.
Message on my account is -
Your payment is being processed.
You will be taken to a confirmation page when your payment is complete, or you can leave this page while your payment is being processed and return later. You will be sent a confirmation email once payment is received.
However money left my credit card so there is no issue on my side. Does it have to be manually approved or something? I am a bit worried now.
