Passport Application form for Child

Hi Guys,
I was wondering if you could advise. I wanted to apply British passport for my child. I and my wife both are on ILR.
1. Which application form do we need?
2. Can we apply online? i
3. Is there any fast track?
4.Which documents do i need?
5.Can i just send my wife's original instead of mine

Was your child born after you got ILR or before you got ILR?
Where was your child born, in the UK or abroad??

Yes, he was born in UK last year.

Yes, he born after we got ILR.

Complete the paper passport form from the Post Office OR apply online.
There is a one week fast track service for children passports.
Only one parents evidence of ILR is required.
The guidance notes that come with the paper from will tell you what to submit.
