If she had automatically acquired
PR prior to baby's birth and baby was born in the UK, then
yes.

She haven’t got PR at the moment, she met a solicitor who told her to bring her valid polish passport, the baby’s birth certificate and P60’s of 5 previous years before the child was born which shows that she’s been working, paying taxes and exercising her treaty.,and moreover she’s been living in UK for 9 years too.Is that enough documents needed to get the child a brutish passport?,She is worried and don’t know how to go about it.Please any ideas on what she should do.

She probably has PR status, even if she never applied for a certificate. It's automatically acquired if you exercise treaty rights for 5 consecutive years.
If she has 5 consecutive P60s that should be ok. That's normally all she needs for a PR application anyway.
