113 days absence in the last 12 months

I am applying for British Citizenship and would like to ask several questions.

I am an EU citizen, have been living in the UK for over 6 years, I am married to British (2.5 years married) and received my PR a month ago.

1. Do I have to wait a year to apply for the citizenship or can I do it now since I am married to a Brit?

2. I have been abroad for 113 days in the last 12 months. Does anyone have a similar situation? What helped to get the application accepted?

3. I have over 270 days in the last 3 years (I have worked for UK consultancy with international clients) but will have below 450 over the last 5 years. Does anyone have a similar situation? What worked?

Thank you.

you don't need to wait for 12 months as you married BC.

depends on the reason, no nore than 90 last 12 months is mandatory, discretion on only very rare cases. working is NOT a reason for discretion except for the arm forces. So you have to wait.

if you have two options to count your leaves, the caseworker should choose the counting option in your favor.

Thank you.
