Name at birth/maiden name left blank on British citizenship certificate

Hi all,
I received naturalisation certificate and noticed that HO left name at birth section blank, whereas I had a different name at birth. I still use it at work.
I just wonder whether it is something I should contact HO about? Or do they tend to leave it blank?
I did let them know about my maiden name, it was all over my application, so it is their omission.
Anyone had same problem?
How do I contact them if I wanted my maiden name to be included?
