I didn't get charged on my card yet

Dear all,
I am little bit worried, therefore I am opening this thread in order to compare my current experience with other applicants.
Currently I am an EU citizen and I did apply for the British citizenship on 09.Apr.2018 through NCS and so far nothing has been deducted from my account. It's been 21 days. Also I didn't receive any updates.
Is this normal? How long would it take till I will get the deduction?
