MN1 Online Application

Hi All,

Hope everyone is doing well.

Could I please seek assistance on a matter on the online application form for my son's application? To add a bit of history, my son was born July 2014 and we have lived in our current address for 4 years now. We are applying for his citizenship and we have encountered a part on the form that it asks this question:
"Have you lived at your current address for 5 years? "

We could not set yes on the form as this is not correct, if we set to "no", we are asked for previous address of the applicant. This is not right since he was born July 2014 and he should not have a previous address.

Questions are:
-- If we set this to No and put in our previous address, will this be grounds for refusal of the application?
-- Do we just set it to "No" and set just a day on a previous address?
-- What would be the best answer to this question?

Any help or inputs are highly appreciated.

Thanks for all the help in advance.

Warmest Regards,

Jin

Thanks CR001. Will that be grounds for refusal? Just checking just in case.

No!! You are overthinking this.

As your child is UK born, he is an entitlement to register and cannot be refused.
