Email response from UKVI FMT Nationality Group

I got my approval last week but my brother has not got his and we applied same time.
He sent an email to the Nationality Group to enquire about his Nationality Application and got the below response.
Thank you for your email.
The application is now with a caseworker. You will be contacted in due course.

Has anyone else received such response following an email to the Nationality Group?
And after the email did it result in an approval or is my brother in for a long wait?
