Hello All,

Hope all are well!

I have some questions regarding my British nationalisation application:

My ILR application was granted last year 19/05/17 so I'm thinking to apply after that day but
A friend of mine borrowed my on 9/12/17 and had a crash. upon taking the car he did confirm he has got insurance and etc. on 10/12/18 he had a crash and did not let me know anything and he returned my vehicle 12/12/17 and there was no mark of accident or anything.
on 25/01/18, I've received a letter from police asking me to name the driver who had this accident. I was surprised to know the fact that he had an accident. I tried to contact him but his number was off and till today no trace of him.
on 7/3/18 I was called to the court and because I was register owner of the car I had to pledge guilty. court punish me a fine of £360 and 6points as no trace of him and unable to attend the court with his insurance certificate.

Now my question is:
How much damage this cause to my "Good Character" ???
3 years from the count judge, your application very likely will be refused.

Is this a criminal offence?
what they charged you?


Am I disqualified to apply?

Please advise me as I'm really confused.

Thank you for Cyclina1 for your reply.

Charge was £360 fine and 6 points to my DL.

So I can not apply for Nationilation for 3 year Is that correct??
