Hi Gurus,
- I came through Tier 1 route followed by ILR for a year. I am expected to get my naturalization / citizenship completed within next two months.
- My family who arrived a year later than me as my dependents, have recently got their ILR. (May 2018)

My query is:

- Should my family have to wait for a year to apply for their naturalization / citizenship. That is May 2019? or they can apply as soon as I have got my naturalization / citizenship completed?

They can apply as soon as you are British and have attended your ceremony, provided your spouse meets all the 3 year residence requirements, absence limit and being physically present in the UK on the exact date 3 years ago when she applies.
