I have an old company being struck off voluntarily. Nothing wrong with the company. That process takes a few months to fully complete.

Should i wait before applying?

One worry is that CompaniesHouse asks for a yearly 'confirmaiton statement' which there is no need to fill when the company is being struck off. Yet, there would temporarily be a big red message on CompaniesHouse. This could impact the naturalisation application despite the fact nothing wrong was done.

What do you think?

I think you don't need to wait if everything is a proper process in your case of closing down the company.
You would just declare it in the 'More Info' section on page 22 and provide any related docs if you wish to. Try to state all known facts related to your application .
