I have recently Granted ILR and got my BRP and passport. Someone claims that I owe them Money but I denied this as I dont owe them any money. The claimant has issued a court notice.

I am very confident that I will win the Court case. If for some reason the claimant wins the case and i get CCJ

1) how does it affect my Naturalization after 1 year?

2) How serious is this CCJ and how does it affect my life?

If you paying back or paid fully. You should be fine . U only need to show the evidence of either paying or paid.

I had a CCJ and my application was approved. You need to send proof that you are making payments towards the CCJ.

I havent had the court hearing yet and I know I will win but in worst case scenario I need to know what happens if I loose.

some Solicitors said if I have CCJ then I need to wait 3 years before applying for naturalization or else my application will be refused. Lot of money for Application and if refused then again i need to mention that everywhere that my application is refused for Naturalization and also additional fees.

Hi. Congratulations. I have been searching for this for long time , someone applying BC with CCJ. Could i please help me with little bit detail what papers did u submit to show that you have been paying towards CCJ.

I just requested a letter from the company to say that I am making payments.
